Mycorrhiza in tree planting/restoration
INOQ mycorrhiza in tree planting
/restoration
Especially under unfavourable soil conditions, living microorganisms can promote root development and plant growth. This type of soil improvement is being used more and more. This can promote the vitality of the plant. In this manner, it can also better cope with critical situations – such as drought stress.
Woody plants should be mycorrhized at an early stage during the cultivation phase and thus become strengthened. According to FLL guidelines (Landscape Research, Development and Construction Society), the use of mycorrhizal fungi is recommended for tree planting. The soil structure is improved by various symbiosis formers.
Trees live in community with two different groups of fungi. The endomycorrhizal fungi of the herbaceous plants also form a symbiosis with trees, as do the ectomycorrhizal fungi, which are mainly found in the forest. INOQ mycorrhizal products reproduce the multitude of microorganisms from nature. This ensures that each tree species can enter into the correct mycorrhizal symbiosis.
- During cultivation, woody plants are mycorrhized and strengthened at an early stage
- The use of mycorrhiza is recommended for planting trees in accordance with FLL guidelines
- With tree renovation, woody plants with stress symptoms are sustainably vitalised

INOQ FORST used by customers
Plant production in forest nurseries is often made more difficult by soil fatigue. The result is high failures and low growth. We work with forest nurseries who want to supply their trees with the vital mycorrhizal fungi as soon as they are planted. In this way, the soil life is stimulated and the trees become more resistant to stress. Failure rates are significantly reduced and the internal quality of the woody plants is strengthened.
