Protection against discrimination
INOQ has a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination, bullying, gender-based violence and sexual harassment. Incidents can be reported via the existing complaints and whistleblowing systems and will be handled confidentially.
Responsibility
The management provides the necessary resources and monitors the implementation of the equality plan. Managers are responsible for implementation within their respective areas of responsibility.
Validity period
The equality plan is reviewed regularly and updated as necessary.
